What is YelloRewards?

 

YelloRewards the unique recruitment referral service offered by Yellojobs.com. The YelloReward is the amount of cash reward that an employer / recruiter pledges to give to the referrer upon successful hiring of a referred candidate. Posting job ads with YelloRewards is free.

 

 

How is it different from traditional recruiting?

 

YelloRewards differs from traditional recruiting by enabling companies to address a group of candidates they could not access with traditional means – all those who are not active in the job market, but can be motivated to consider a new job when referred by a friend. In effect, this leads to

 

  • better quality of candidates
  • reduced cost of hiring
  • ultimate accountability – pay only when you hire

 

 

What is the cost ?

 

The benefit of YelloRewards is that there are no up front costs . There is no charge for posting job ads. Post unlimited job ads with rewards for FREE. Only pay the reward when you make a successful hire.

 

The total cost to an employer upon successfully hiring through YelloRewards is as follows: The reward money pledged + the Yellojobs Success Fee 40% of the reward amount) The mininmum reward amount that we accept for any job ad is $1,500 USD, there is no upper limit.

How do I register?

 

Registration is simple. Click on the "Employer" tab and then complete the application form. Make sure to register as Employer and choose if you are a company or a recruiter/placement agent.

 

 

What are the charges for registration?

 

Registration is free. Posting jobs with rewards is also free.

 

 

How much time is the registration valid for?

 

There are no time limits to a registration.

 

 

Can I register two or more companies through a single registration form?

 

No, you cannot register more than one company through a single registration form.

 

 

How many jobs with rewards can I post through a single registration?

 

You can post unlimited jobs with rewards as a single registered company.

 

 

Will I get access to your database of resumes?

 

Yes

 

 

Do I have to pay any fees to access database of resumes?

 

Yes. Please consult the products and services page to find out more.

 

 

How long will the job ads stay on Yellojobs.com?

 

Job ads with rewards will remain on our website for 60 days by default unless you choose to withdraw or refresh it.

 

 

Do you guarantee number of resumes?

 

No, we do not guarantee number of resumes. It is primarily the attractiveness of your job and the reward you have placed that decides the number & quality of resumes that you will get as a response.

 

 

How can I post Job Ads with rewards?

 

Posting Job Ads with rewards is easy.

 

1) Register as an employer

2) Post your jobs with rewards under "post jobs"

3) You will be contacted by customer service to verify your identity

4) Get the results.

 

 

Can I include my company's logo with the job ads?

 

Yes, you can include your company's logo with the job ads. As a default setting, the company's logo is visible alongside all jobs that you post.

 

In addition, you are also able to post two more pictures that represent your company – as well as a picture of yourself or the HR executive you want to feature.

 

 

How much should the rewards be?

 

You decide on the amount of the rewards. They start from $1,500 USD and there is no upper limit.

 

  • Higher rewards will probably draw more interest and better candidates.

 

 

Can I increase a reward already placed on a job?

 

Yes. You can always increase a reward – to make the job more attractive. However, you can not reduce the reward amount.

 

 

How can I keep track of the number of job ads posted with rewards and actual rewards paid?

 

A. In 'My Account', you have an instant overview of all jobs posted, the applications and referrals for these as well as for all rewards paid out. You have to be registered to see this function.

 

 

When will I have to pay out the rewards?

 

The reward amount and success fee will be payable once you have successfully hired a candidate against the reward job ad Or once your desired probation period has ended. "Hired" means when the candidate has joined your company.

 

 

What if the candidate leaves after the rewards have been paid out and after the probation period ends?

 

We understand that this can happen. Basically, the probation period is the limit you set yourself. If a candidate leaves after that, we can not ask for the reward to be returned – and can not guarantee for it ourselves. We will, however, help in clearing up any situations like that within the legal limits.

 

 

If the candidate is found inefficient during the probation period and I have to fire him during the probation period, can I claim back the reward amount?

 

Yes, you can claim back the reward amount provided that you inform Yellojobs.com in advance of the defined probation period.

 

 

How do I receive a rating for my company?

Can I register a referrer?

 

No – the terms and conditions between you and Yellojobs.com explicitly forbid this.

 

We also strongly advise against trying any undercover tactics. Referrers and candidates have to be friends, and acquisition tactics in the referrer/candidate section will not be tolerated. Using people to pose as referrers will trigger a ban from the site as well as negative ratings. In addition the user community will be able to discuss this on the site.

 

 

How does rating help?

 

Better rating = more trust. Also, referrers and candidates will be drawn to jobs from companies with a good rating. Good behaviour is always rewarded.

 

 

What if any complaints arise?

 

In case of complaints, our customer service is there to help you. We will handle all complaints and try to resolve them quickly and to the best of all involved. Please note that all contributions to Yellojobs may be edited, altered, or removed by other contributors. If you don't want your writing to be edited mercilessly, then don't submit it here. You are also promising us that you wrote this yourself, or copied it from a public domain or similar free resource (see Project:Copyrights for details).
